How do I enquire about a handbag sample?

How much does a sample cost?
Contact us to enauire about sample costs. Sample costs are waived when an order is confirmed.

* ODM: within 24-72 hours (depending on availability)
* ODM: within 3-5 days (depending on sample room schedule)

Yes, absolutely, please provide us with a set of product styles/images you would like. We will ask our design and sales team to put up a relevant and accurate selection of products. The more detail we have, the better we will be able to match your needs!
On average, what are your product's costs?
This will depend on your potential order quantities. Other factors will come to play depending on your demands. Contact us with your detailed needs and possibly an estimate of your quantities for a more efficient quotation process.

How do I start an order?

Can I use your sample and put my logo on it?
Yes, but small changes on the sample may be required if the same design has been used by another customer on a close-by market.

What's your payment terms?
We demand a 30% deposit, and balance at shipment.

What are your MOQs?

How long before my order ship?
This will vary depending on your order (quantity ordered, material availability and choice of material color, etc.). Normally, it takes 35-40 days to deliver, from the moment you pass official order.

What are your shipping methods?
This will vary depending on your order (quantity ordered, requested LDD). Normally, we ship by Sea.

Can you ship FOB?

Inspection & Tests
Can I send my own inspectors to your factory to ensure product quality?
Yes, you are welcome.

I don't have my own inspectors. Can you provide an inspection AQL document on my behalf?
Yes, we can. We actually provide inspection for half of our clients. Our internal QC teams are trained and receive regular updates regarding every clients' quality standard.

What is your quality standard/ warranty?
Our quality standard is known by every QA and QC inspector. If a batch of products is not up-to-standard, we will not allow delivery to customers.

Are you REACH-compliant?
Yes, we are. The standard quality of all our products are REACH-compliant.​

Are you proficient with chemical and physical testings?
Yes, we have been working closely with our current clients and testing companies such as BV or Intertek for years. Our team is proficient with raw material used on a handbag. We also learn and improve our knowledge on a daily basis, as many new innovative materials arrive on the market.

How can I get proof that my order is sustainable and/or recycled?
We can provide transaction certificates and GRS certificates in the supply chain.
